Yes, these are hats.

I wish the protective coating that came with it was a little less sticky. The kind of pain that needs to be washed away. The rest does what it's supposed to. Comes with instructions, screws/washers and ARP grease. It would be nice if they included thread sealant though as the bolt holes in the head go into the water jackets.
