Doesn't swim. Came broken.

The first thing that struck me was how flimsy and poor the packaging was. Second, it's not designed for actual sailing. Has 2 small suction cups. And third, it broke. There are two small Plstoc latches on the bottom. One of the loops is broken. And that item wasn't in the box, otherwise I would have glued it back together. Disappointing purchase.
