Top Racks for Rack and Trunk Accessories

While it fits, I found the top brackets that attach to the Rav4's hooks slip off easily. When I first installed it I figured it wouldn't last long. The tires can hardly hook onto the hooks. I've only had the net a few weeks and had to retie it 5 or 6 times. This number could be higher if I open the trunk more often, but instead I prefer to throw things in the back seat. If they could figure out a way to anchor the net more securely, I'd love that.
