Basic design of a 5***** pliers but their ability to work as intended -1* Cup tip is good but claw tip is useless. It almost always flies. Here's the solution ----- Remove the scratching post and clip C and throw them in the trash. Take a 10 x 32 hex head screw about 1 inch long. Insert the screw into the hole with the head facing in and lightly secure the screw with two marks. Finally, using a Dremmel power tool with a 2" carbide cutter wheel, sand down the crosshatch on the head. Now this tool is in no way inferior to expensive ones.
