They are very quick to respond, they keep you updated via email after every meeting with them. You can always reach out if something is not working or there's anything that isn't clear in their agreement. There were no problems at this time but we had some issues last year which lead us to leave as it was taking too much of our time. We did have an issue with one person who took over 4 months before finally responding when I reached out about how things went from bad to worse! So yes, definitely go through AkoyaGo though because they do try really hard to make sure everyone gets what they need. It makes managing funds easier than doing so manually with Excel sheets (which would take forever). Also makes keeping track of receipts easy since they send you PDFs automatically once each month - great customer service!! Makes accounting.
