Works for soundproofing
Used this material for soundproofing my 70's VW Beetle. I used almost 2 rolls of this material to make the trunk, floor panels and front panels. After all this I had about 3 feet left. One piece of advice I would give is to use the heat gun on each piece for about 10 seconds before styling. This makes the sticky part even stickier, like sticky asphalt, and makes it stick much better. I may have to buy more to make the roof before installing the headliner.
