I like everything about it except the padding doesn't stay on the stool, it pops out and also makes a popping noise when he uses it which is very good Distraction for him, which defeats the purpose of this stool. I would like to contact the company or maybe just return it via Amazon but am wondering if that is ok. To update. I contacted the company, got an email that they would replace it with Kerry and I waited and waited for a replacement and NOTHING, of course they waited and wasted enough time and now I can't return it to Revane.
