Love this chair! I've had it for about a month now. I had a slightly different version of the same chair for 8 years and the upholstered seat eventually didn't hold up. I work from home and use the old version about 4-5 days a week. The upholstery on this chair is thicker than the original and I expect it to last for many years. My only complaint? Allow the seat to be reupholstered. I tried an old chair but found it impossible due to the plastic bottom. This one doesn't have the same plastic, so there might be an opportunity to re-soften/repair it in the future. I switched the wheels to skating roller wheels and am very happy. The original wheels were good but I wanted softer wheels for tile floors. It rises and falls smoothly and stays in place in a predetermined position (does not crawl up or down when you sit for a long time). Delivery time was good, took about 5 days.
