Basically I bought it to slice mushrooms because we eat a lot of them. Works great. Well built. Doesn’t rinse out as well as I’d like but it does come with a brush.
- This is a sturdy tool with tiny saws instead of wires. Should last a lifetime.
- The egg slicer may not fit all egg sizes, making it less versatile
