Can't get it to work. Customer support can't help

Literally for several hours straight I've been trying to set it up. It was easy to connect to my Macbook, but no matter what I do, no matter what settings I change, the printer blinks green. I contacted customer service many times and they never replied. Really sucks because now I can't go back and use it.

Pros

Bluetooth wireless printing: Easily print wirelessly from the HiLabel app on an iPad, iPhone or Android smartphone and Bluetooth-enabled Windows laptops. ❗❗Note: Bluetooth is not compatible with MAC, you need to connect USB.
