Review on WZRELB 3000w Pure Sine Wave Inverter - Wireless Remote Control, LED Display - Car Inverter Generator by Ryan Frawley

My $300 WZRELB 3000 watt 12v inverter ran for 7 months (24/7 usage) then the capacitor started to swell. The AC power here goes out once a week for up to 2 hours, then I have to cycle the power switch to restore AC power. This went on for 2 ½ months until the inverter failed completely. No electricity, no light and burnt smells. I worked with the reliable support for over two and a half months and I could not solve the problem. The service with a 12-month guarantee from China is like having your teeth pulled. After letting me jump over a few technical issues for a month (seems to weed out customers from other reviews) they sent 2 control boards but no third board instead a swollen capacitor which was later identified as for the remote control and was instructed to replace them turn off. A few weeks later the inverter failed. I gave up and posted my Revain review of the above experience. Reliability contacted me to provide a replacement inverter with a review upgrade request. I said I would include your actions in my assessment. I received a new replacement inverter. I had to go through a lot to get the 12 month warranty, but at least everything is fine.
