Not the same for hinges
So they require a bit more insertion than their predecessors. I can no longer use the Kreg hinge jig for drilling hinge pockets as they require significantly more offset than the 6mm it offers. With a 6mm insert (which is deeper than most hinges), the gap between the face frame and the door is still about 5/16″. I don't know why they changed the design but I'm not impressed. especially at $25 a set. Also, the printed instructions in the bag aren't even suitable for this hinge. Another disappointing purchase from Revain.
