It would be 5 stars if instructions or at least a link to it were included in the description. they seem to last a long time.

Very happy with these hinges. Although this was my first attempt at plug-in hinges, I was able to adjust my doors to fit together perfectly and even around the perimeter. They look great and run smoothly.

Excellent hinges, worked perfectly. The soft closing is perfectly soft. The doors are 1/8" smaller than the opening (1/16" clearance) and they fit perfectly. They are easily adjustable with set screws, providing installation flexibility.

The hinges I received are not suitable for this application. Blum strongly recommends using a half-crank strap tensioner with the base of the viewing frame on inset doors. Full size crank hinges came as a kit and required about a 14mm hole to prevent the door from opening. With the right hinge, the hole is about 5mm.

So they require a bit more insertion than their predecessors. I can no longer use the Kreg hinge jig for drilling hinge pockets as they require significantly more offset than the 6mm it offers. With a 6mm insert (which is deeper than most hinges), the gap between the face frame and the door is still about 5/16″. I don't know why they changed the design but I'm not impressed. especially at $25 a set. Also, the printed instructions in the bag aren't even suitable for this hinge. Another…
