Not exactly 5 stars. I have had other foam grips before that cost twice as much and honestly I find them a lot more comfortable giving this 4 stars but I think they will prove to be less durable. The added comfort comes from the fact that they are spongy and softer than more expensive brands, which I think will cause them to become more brittle. The other brand lasted me 3 years (garaged when not in use) and 22,000 miles in all weather before eventually starting to chip and crack. I think they will start to crumble long before that. But at half the price and with twice the convenience of the others, this seems like a pretty good compromise! Ease of installation is not that important. Soapy water on both the existing handles and the inside helps, but be careful not to pull too hard as the texture rings are quite thin. Click on it instead.
