I just bought a new pickup truck and I wanted a really good air filter. I have used K&N for years but have read many articles and seen many tests showing that K&N filters will allow even large debris to pass through and into your engine. So I looked for another brand. I have seen parallel tests of many different air filters and also read all sorts of articles. In addition to all these tests, WIX was always the best or one of the best. I want to protect my new investment and make sure it lasts as long as possible. Getting large dirt particles into my engine is not the best way to do it. Do your own research and you will understand what I am talking about. WIX is now my filter of choice to protect my engine for long life and peak performance. They are reasonably priced and offer good value for money. I'm sure my engine is getting the best filtration I can get. I give WIX filters 5 stars.
