A simple detail that has made my bike so much more comfortable.

I recently bought a new road bike with flat handlebars. My legs are proportionately longer than my torso, so I ended up needing a larger frame size than I expected for my legs to fit properly. This made the steering wheel a little harder. I ended up in good racing form with my back almost parallel to the ground, but it was too aggressive to be comfortable on long rides. I thought this part might help a little but was surprised when I actually installed it. no matter. The bike is much more comfortable. The part is also adjustable with the main hex wrench so it can be returned to a more aggressive position if I ever need to race. Installation was quite easy and only took a few minutes. If you don't want to risk damaging the bike or dropping the handlebars while riding, use a torque wrench to make sure everything is properly tightened (IceToolz Ocarina is cheap and works well for this).

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Slightly torn
