I like that it is very user friendly! The customer service has been excellent as well - always willing to help out with any questions or concerns we might have even if they are not related directly to our business relationship (ie- just trying to figure something else!). It does some of what you need without having an army in your office doing tasks for which there should be specialists available instead. We've had issues getting certain things set up correctly but their support team was able to get them resolved quickly so nothing too major here yet since this product isn't new anymore either compared to other providers who offer similar services/features.
