I love how easy it is for me to use, as well as my clients! It's very user friendly, which makes this software great for anyone who doesn't have much experience with computers or techy things like that. There are some features of this program I wish were more customizable. For example, I would prefer if you could create multiple lists instead of having to add every patient individually. This is also not really compatible across operating systems (at least in our case). We've been able to eliminate many paper-based processes at work by using this system.
