I love how easy it is for me to use, as well as my clients! It's very user friendly, which makes this software great for anyone who doesn't have much experience with computers or techy things like that. There are some features of this program I wish were more customizable. For example, I would prefer if you could create multiple lists instead of having to add every patient individually. I like that I can easily set up my appointments on this software and that I can have reminders sent to my patients. I also like that I can send out a text message to my patients as well. I like how easy it is for me as my assistant to send out reminders,and also that if someone cancels or reschedule's then they can still access all of there appts from previous times etc! And nothing so far!! The free version isn't great but you get what you pay for (if not more). It has made our job alot easier too by sending everyone reminder emails in advance which helps no end with clients who forget appointments when i'm busy/away.I wish though we could have one calendar view where…
