I like how easy it is for me as my assistant to send out reminders,and also that if someone cancels or reschedule's then they can still access all of there appts from previous times etc! And nothing so far!! The free version isn't great but you get what you pay for (if not more). It has made our job alot easier too by sending everyone reminder emails in advance which helps no end with clients who forget appointments when i'm busy/away.I wish though we could have one calendar view where everything was listed together rather than having seperate views where some are at home others work and another is just a list off dates without any details attached? This would be helpful sometimes especially now since im doing online consultations over google hangouts instead of phone calls because its much cheaper haha :) Great product once you try using it - makes working life less stressful knowing people wont miss important information such as next steps or cancellations etc thanks confirmationbyemail.com!It does take time to use properly - make sure u know exactly how to set up each different type of appointment first. We were initially confused until after I like how the app is easy to use and very specific about what to do. I don't like how it is sometimes hard to figure out exactly what you are supposed to be doing. I also don't like that you have to enter your information in a different location. I would recommend this app to others because it is easier to use, and it doesn't have extra features that aren't necessary. I have made sure to set reminders through the app and have also gotten feedback from patients that it works well.
