The ease of use, it's ability for me as someone who is very busy at work, in college or working two jobs I can easily set reminders up ahead of time so that they are not forgotten! Honestly there really isn't anything bad with this product - It has been great because when my phone does go off unexpectedly people know immediately where everything stands regarding appointments! We have found many new clients from just being able to utilize this feature instead of leaving voicemails which were often never returned!!
