I had to hunt around to even figure out what to use them for. There are good videos with ideas. Like grilled popcorn! The ability to serve meat/vegetable sauce through the mesh bag while cooking is also a plus. I tossed in some pre-seasoned Brussels sprouts after partially cooking them in the microwave (I'm sure it's not necessary, but I wanted to make sure they were really well cooked and I was in a hurry). They came out great with good charring. I will look for other ways to use these bags. I often use skewers, but this is a lot easier and requires less prep. My only concern is that the bags might get too hot in my charcoal grill. I will need to monitor my temperature a little more closely than usual. When I removed the bag of Brussels sprouts, my thermometer read 550, but I didn't notice any damage to the bag. If you use them on a gas or pellet grill, a person shouldn't have a problem!
