The buttons for setting the clock are on the back - trying to set the time and date was very difficult and awkward. It was fairly easy to find and save radio stations, but when you use a preset to recall a station, it doesn't show the station, just the preset number, which doesn't make sense to me. Since I only use clock radios for time and radio, I haven't bothered to set alarms (probably to save my sanity). Needless to say, this watch doesn't work for me. The sound quality is also among the stars. I ordered a clock radio from a different brand and am very happy I made that choice. Easy setup, great sound, easy to use.
