I really wanted this to work, followed the instructions and when installing the last corner of the screen cracked and torn . The instructions say to contact them if the installation fails and you want to try again, but doesn't offer a way to communicate. Update: After my review, the company contacted me, they wanted to fix the problem. I was sent a new screen protector free of charge after sending a photo of my broken screen protector. Went through the same process as before but changed my approach to putting a protective film on the device. Instead of wearing it on the side as the instructions suggested, I went with the bottom to better align it with the longest side. . Once you have it on the device, it fits and ends great. It also looks very nice, with a slight sheen at the perfect angle, but I take that as an improvement over the original head unit's screen alone.
