This handlebar pad is made of silicone rubber and feels good in your hand. The first few days it smells very strong, reminiscent of those rubber kites I had as a child. They don't have any glue, which is good as the silicone will hold the wands well anyway and you can rewind it if you make a mistake. They get a little slippery when you sweat, but I don't notice that as I wear gloves when I ride my bike. They look great and feel very solid. Overall I would say buy them on sale but skip full price.
