Review on 🌱 391177 Biodegradable Fluorescent Pre-Spray by Philips Charlies by Trevor Bannister

I don't use this bulb often, the longest can last 15-20 minutes a day. They say it will take four years. It burned down in less than a year. It looks high quality, but it isn't. I will not buy again, I will find another brand. Phillips products are declining in quality, including toothbrushes.
