Like every Ubiquiti product I've used, it is obviously not They don't have qualified management oversight when it comes to the user experience. Everything is 90% polished. Sometimes things work but never seem well tested. They get blocked easily. A full hardware reset sets up the devices again, but those devices disappear when you log in from a different computer. Everything just seems unfinished. Now that Apple is rumored to be making a comeback in networking hardware, perhaps Ubiquiti's engineers will pull their heads out of their human caves and actually ponder just how adept the UI company is with users and user time. I want to love Ubiquiti gear so much because the quality of the gear seems incredible for the price. But unfortunately they just don't care about making the experience easier for those who do networking, and for pros I don't think they make it that much easier.
