The stand arrived today and was assembled in less than 20 minutes (including installing the Dyson V10 base and accessories). The assembly instructions were a bit silly and vague with the number of screws/bolts needed for each piece. But for the most part, it's pretty simple. I would like to say one thing that could be improved: the bait spacing is too narrow. All four hanging shelves are at the bottom of the stand, where I think it would be best to line them up with two on the bottom and two on the top. I had to play around with the attachments to see what combination/order of attachments would fit with some spacing. Overall I would say I am happy with this stand. I'm sure, judging by its design, it will serve me for many years.
