This item looks nice but doesn't hold the phone really well. At first the phone stayed in place, but as soon as I started riding, the rotating part that fits into the small ball adapter began to slide down to the point where it wouldn't stay in place. I keep having to adjust the piece up, but it ends up going down and it's very frustrating. I put it back in the package so I could send it back but completely forgot about it and exceeded the return deadline. Now I have a useless phone holder. It hasn't even been 3 days! I've read that other reviews mention this shortcoming, but I agree with the general review, BIG mistake! I read a review that said they put glue on the ball but why would I do that when I'm buying something that needs to hold up? I mean it has to be part of the mechanism of this device to hold the phone in place without the customer BTW you have to put glue in it, once you put glue in it it stops spinning so that's the point.
