We bought this timer a few months ago. It was a <$6 purchase so I wasn't expecting it to last forever but it stopped working a month ago. I was hoping it would last longer than 3 months. Tried replacing the battery, but that didn't help. The product information states that this product comes with a one-year warranty. I tried contacting customer service to find out before leaving a product review on Revain. I filled out a form on Taylor's website. I received an error message - connection lost, form could not be sent. Tried it both on the phone and on the computer, always the same message. Apparently the company has no interest in being contacted. (As an aside, when the web form asks for a purchase date, the dropdown menu doesn't offer any options after 2018.) Not a huge cash investment, but definitely $6 down the drain. Not to mention the time I spent researching the warranty.
