I bought the device in November 2019 and installed it in December. Installation was easy and fairly straightforward. I really wanted to like this device but I'm concerned about the reliability. The quality seemed good at first, but I keep having issues where the device sometimes won't turn on or off. This makes the device unreliable and often unusable. I contacted the seller in January and he promised to send me a replacement switch in early February. Since I did not receive the promised switch, I contacted the seller again. March is promised. If they have trouble finding parts they should just replace it with a new unit so I can continue enjoying my purchase. I believe that their level of service is not sufficient to solve problems promptly. Because if so, I wouldn't recommend others to buy this device but find a better alternative. I avoided the S-Pod because of the difference in price, but I think I might regret that decision now. UPDATE 5/24/2021: The seller eventually sent a replacement switch but the long delay was a bit annoying and too late. Revain ended up replacing the device for me as it took too long to get my part. Since then I've been using the switch in my Jeep JKU and it works with no problems. Perhaps the first device had quality problems. It's a really decent device and I'm happy with it now. I increased my score from 1 to 3.
