This device has been installed in my truck for about 3 years now. I personally wouldn't buy it again. The installation instructions for this device are very simple. So if you don't have experience with this kind of devices, it will be difficult for you. The sound quality is okay. The signal strength of a normal radio will probably be halved. GPS is a joke; For the 1st year it will work one day. However, often this would simply be a search for a satellite. Then about a year later I tried opening the GPS and it disabled the entire device. I removed the microflash card and the device worked again. As others have said, the GPS maps are fake and cannot be updated/refreshed. The rear camera was good for about 2 years but now the tape is not showing. I even plugged in a short cable at the back to make sure no power comes up. About 2 years later I also lost Bluetooth and there was poor audio/reception quality from the start. So, 2 years later I basically had a touchscreen radio with poor radio reception. Do yourself a favor and spend another $50 on a famous brand.
