BUYER ATTENTION! Bags

Title says return is free but seller/Casa Vac. will charge the buyer for return shipping, original shipping, and a 20% restocking fee. The packages came in an opened package with a terrible musty smell. I contacted the seller who explained that this has never happened before. I can return them as postage at my own expense and 20% will be deducted from any refund. I contacted Revane who expressed his condolences.
