Can work if you don't have GSD, hard to put on.

UPDATE #2: So I went ahead and saved it for about a week. When I wrote the first update I thought I'd send it back right away, but thought I'd just keep it to see if it really held up to the strain. I can not. Again like I said to tighten this you have to simultaneously push the top bar up while holding the bottom or bottom and towards the bottom service so you basically push up and down at the same time and then you have to You release a point to get the plastic screw in, which I think would be easier with two people, but I'm usually alone. Although I tightened the tension on the back seat to adjust the pull rods, after 3 days they came loose. The best way I can describe this poorly designed item is that you might think that you can adjust it like a tension rod like you use for a curtain and that there will be some sort of spring that will hold it in place, if you let go of it if it makes sense, but that's not how this element works. Remember to try to brute force adjust the curtain tension rod on either side of the window and then somehow let go of one of your hands to twist the tip in the middle to hold that tension, it just won't work the way it does . I do not work. t with it. and imagine using a tension rod to simply hang a curtain, but the purpose of this is to keep a large 80-pound German shepherd from hopping into the front seat. Absolutely not. UPDATE: Okay, in my first review I said I would wait two weeks. But I'm writing this now. I only had it in my Patriot Jeep for an hour while sitting here in Virginia. As I sit here in my jeep waiting for my husband, my German shepherd hears a siren. So she sticks her head between the slats to let me know she wants to whine and talk a little. It wasn't violence, she just leaned forward and everything just fell apart. I went back there, put everything back together, tried to pull it as tight as possible. But I will never tighten this thing. This is a complete design flaw, you can't pinch it for final tightening to hold it in place. Like I said, I only had it for an hour. I will repackage and send it back. Don't buy this unless you have a very debilitated dog or a dog that will just lie there and not even try to get over and onto the front seats. It is very difficult to tighten. Just put that in my Jeep Patriot. Only drank one day. have a GSD. This means they are extremely intelligent and can be highly motivated when they have something on their mind. I'm sure the female GSD #2 will do well as it's soft. I'm not sure about woman #1. First off, she's pretty easy to put together. At the same time, dressing is not so easy. The dressing method is very clumsy, not convenient at all. Because you have to pull up the bare spots to simultaneously press them against the roof while holding the bottom firmly in place. Only your sheer power will allow you to do it at the same time. This is bad design. There should be a clamp that we can press for final tightening. But no. It's entirely up to us to hold it in place, tighten it in place while screwing it down. It might be easier with two people, but it's still cumbersome. The real test is when I leave it in the car while I go to the grocery store. Or any place for that matter. This will probably work with most other breeds. But if you have a German Shepherd or Border Collie. It might not work. I will update this in the future to share my experience of what happens when I leave her alone in the car. She loves to jump around. Also, I think if the dog was very big, like a mastiff. You could easily run into him and knock him over if he wasn't quite tight. Again the same problem I had on the first day. At the time of this review, my German shepherd has not put up a fight. She doesn't know if he's going to move or not. But one day she learns that she can move even a nanoinch. She will definitely smack him out of the way and jump off the seats. Update this in a few weeks.
