It's great when it works!

This wireless router worked great for about 6 months until it stopped working completely. Both the wireless and wired connections were disconnected at the same time. Several resets didn't fix the problem. Technical support said that this model had problems from the start and their repair only temporarily fixed the problem. I suggest using a Netgear product as it is less prone to crashes or hacks.
