We have about 15 computers and devices connected, most of them wireless. This router handles the load well most of the time, but performance starts to lag after a few weeks if we don't restart it. I bought it as a temporary replacement for a much more expensive model that was repaired under warranty, but overall I'm happy with this model.

Setup is easy and the app is intuitive. The speeds seem to be within expectations. My only complaint - and I can't say why yet - the 5GHz signal seems to have some jitter. I first noticed this on my gaming PC, but now my HP laptop, which has never had an issue with a hotspot, is having trouble staying connected at 5GHz. 2.4 GHz seems ok (as far as I can tell). Fast shipping, delivered in 2 days. This router is easy to set up. There was a problem with ip6, it's not active by default, but I figured it out. 2.4GHz works great and goes further than 5G. I'll update my router to the new firmware and see if that fixes 5G, but I'll backup first and then update.

I bought this router because the one my landlord had from the cable company was junk. The owner paid big bucks for great internet so his kid could play video games on the console, but he had a router that shared the internet on par with McDonald's free Wi-Fi. So we connected that to his and not only do we have a better signal, we have a stronger signal. Fewer lags and faster loading. It was also very easy to set up and change the password and such.

This wireless router worked great for about 6 months until it stopped working completely. Both the wireless and wired connections were disconnected at the same time. Several resets didn't fix the problem. Technical support said that this model had problems from the start and their repair only temporarily fixed the problem. I suggest using a Netgear product as it is less prone to crashes or hacks.
