Review on OGX Lightweight + Coconut Fine Curls Shampoo: Hydrating Shampoo for Curly Hair with Coconut Water, Flaxseed Oil, Citrus Oil - 13oz by Tara Williams

I've had trouble finding a shampoo that works for my hair since I was born last year. I've found that pregnancy and breastfeeding have changed my hair and skin so much that I've had to completely rethink my beauty products. I have fine, moderately curly hair that has been bleached/colored for several years. Hair loss after childbirth forced me to cut my hair down to my shoulders. I've always used drugstore shampoos and conditioners, but after having a baby, my scalp and hair turned into a mess. Oily, flaky scalp and dry, brittle hair. The reviews for this product were promising, but in the end the shampoo did not help my hair at all. I had to use a ton of shampoo to get adequate coverage when trying to clean my roots enough and I found my hair stayed dry and flat. My curls are limp and my hair is static. The next day my scalp was greasy and rough and I noticed dandruff when I brushed my damp hair after a shower. I wanted to love this shampoo because it smelled great, but it just didn't work for me in the end. Everyone's body chemistry is different, so this might work for others.
