Review on Tandy Leather Craftool Maker 3784 00 by Doris Tran

I needed a tool to cut leather lace because spools of this material are expensive and I also have a lot of leather scraps. So I was very pleased when I found it on Revain. Since it was made by a company I was familiar with (I used to frequent Tandy Leather stores before they all closed) and was reasonably priced, I ordered one. It came pretty quickly, I wanted to try it right away. I spent an hour wrestling with it and trying it on different skin weights to no avail. I've always been a supporter of guidance, but this didn't work by guidance. I even tried trimming the skin a bit with scissors to get started, but even that didn't work. I would advise everyone not to waste their money on this. I couldn't find another lace maker for any price. Very frustrating!
