Review on Dorman Spare Tire Hoist Assembly for Acura/Honda Models - 925-502, Great for Replacement by Troy Early

I bought this product (about $40 less than OEM) and hoped it would be ready to use before I go on vacation. As I twisted the square cap on top to tighten, the square knob clicked. It looked like it would hold on with just two solder points on either side. I had a semi-assembled spare tire that then had to use an angle grinder to cut off the tension spring to get the tire off. Don't buy this, waste your money and get it from Acura. I returned a replacement and a broken one and the product was received back on December 31st and I'm still waiting for a refund.
