I'm 5'11, 185 lbs, small stomach. The Chinese XL/US Large fits me well. The stomach is quite tucked up and the chest is perfect. Hands are a little baggy, but it's not critical. Blocks a lot of 30 mile winds and keeps me warm in the 60's. I guess everything will be fine by age 40 while I huff. Love the back pockets and the back of the jersey length. There are no cuffs on the wrists, but the extra material around the forearms blocks most of the wind. The zippers feel strong and are easy to close and open. Will buy another one.
