I'm 5'11, 185 lbs, small stomach. The Chinese XL/US Large fits me well. The stomach is quite tucked up and the chest is perfect. Hands are a little baggy, but it's not critical. Great windproof jacket. It's not "warm" when you start (you'll feel cold), but because it's windproof, it'll quickly warm you up from body heat given off. I used this jacket for road riding in the fall/spring as I'm mostly a mountain biker. Worn today on a 25 mile mountain bike ride in 45 degree temps and high winds and this thing wrecked me badly. After a tough climb in the wind and sweating a lot from getting up and down, the moisture in this jacket is pretty much locked in as it doesn't let any air through at all - the underarms of the jacket were literally wet. Add to that the start of a long descent in the wind and I felt very uncomfortable.
