Good product but no hardware or poor packaging
Footrest works and looks good. Was disappointed that it didn't include any hardware (screws) and wasn't packaged well. It was in a box with only slightly thick paper, so it's not surprising that one of the corners was folded. We were able to bend it back, but they really had to box it up properly and add the appropriate screws so that when the box was opened it was ready to be lifted.
