Review on Bosch BS80 15S 80 Inch Cutting Stationary by Icehot Cleversley

Never buy a band saw from Bosch if you intend to use it. All the sizes I've ever tried are the same! Make sure you order the "recommended size" for your machine. I have a Craftsman 80" in the mid 60's and it's a Boss! However, there isn't much information out there on blade specs. During this EXPENSIVE and tedious time I have learned that you need to check your blade thickness. I decided to go for a heavier one Blade decided (I think it was .025) and haven't had any problems so far.If you were just saying in your head that I'm "pulling the blade too hard", negative.This boss speaks for himself about the right tension.For seasoned veterans we have "good hearing for perfect hearing" refers to the clicking sound or reverberation of the musical note it produces, newer machines may not allow for added thickness so make sure you're not wasting your time and money , like I did (but not really my fault).
