PLEASE HELP LONG RELIABLE CUSTOMERS NEED THE BEST COILS AND FORKS!

I like candles and coils so I bought it, I came to pay a huge price to have my '07 Ford 500 SEL taken to a professional and then walked around the surrounding neighborhood and the bulb around, check the PO301 code the mechanic said COILS AND OR FORKS ARE NOT GOOD!
