Review on PrintOS by Scott Morris

I like how easy it was for me as an administrator to set up my printer in order to send files directly through email without having to manually upload them using an FTP server or use another application such as Cyberduck (which isn't free). Also, being able to preview each file before sending makes things easier when dealing with confidential data. The only thing about this software which could be improved upon would be if there were options available where one didn’t have to go back and forth between multiple tabs just so they could view their previous settings again. There are also times where our clients will not receive some documents because we sent too many at once rather than going into individual emails. This causes us problems since most people don’t read all those messages until after hours or days later. We do now know what information goes missing but if something happens during.
