Large size for use in a pan but wish it was a little bigger if it was in a pan. It won't cover the entire length of the bacon strip, so you'll have to move it back and forth a bit to get both ends. A good weight works well with bacon. The wooden handle heats up with prolonged use in high heat, but overall this isn't a problem. Egg rings are basically a joke. When they arrived they were separating from the cutlery and weren't even close to being flat, so I think they'll be leaking the egg, but I haven't used them yet. Hopefully the metal chipping doesn't continue, so I'm hesitant to use them.
