This kit does not meet the technical standards I have come to expect from K&N. In particular, the plastic connector (included) between the K&N air filter and the OEM air intake tube proved too flimsy and weak to adequately support the weight of the air filter for extended periods of time without installation problems. Second, the intended mounting bracket point left the unsupported air cleaner about a foot behind the plastic connector, adding more stress to an already underdesigned connector. K&N needs to redesign this unit to provide a stronger connector and attachment point before I will buy it again.
