I love that this is an all-inclusive software for both small businesses and large corporations. It has made my work life so much easier, especially when it comes to tracking orders. There are a few things I would like to see added in future updates. In my opinion the best feature available is the Customer Service Center. The customer service center makes ordering flowers quick and easy! You can also see what your customers order by pulling up their profile online. This allows me to check up on previous orders and make sure they are being taken care of. As mentioned earlier, the Customer Service Center is one of my favorite features. If you use Flowershop you will realize how beneficial it is to have the entire system under one roof. This helps reduce errors and time spent searching for information.
