VERY INACCURACY AND SO ANNOYING THIRD UPDATE: After a month and a half of use for over a week it's sending out notifications 30-40+ times a day that our cat is roaming the entire 1/2 mile radius of our house you think please remember he stays in our garage most of the day or is in our yard (1/2 acre) so he doesn't have to do as much reading activity. I am very upset now and could have canceled my services sooner. For now, it doesn't offer rest, accurate readings, or even good battery life while being tracked. SECOND UPDATE: After running for over a month the whistle has been going crazy lately telling us 10-40 times a day. on the day our cat is 0.2 miles from home (where it actually is). I don't like being notified every 10 minutes that my cat is a quarter mile away and two minutes later that he's home. If this keeps up I'll probably cancel my subscription and just go back to being a regular barn cat, hopefully staying at home and not going on another 9 day adventure. UPDATE: They fixed the battery issue within a week and it seems to be back to normal. It worked like a dream on the first charge until I charged it a second time. There is currently a bug in their whistle coding (not sure if other models have it) which causes the battery level on your phone not to reset after charging it a second or third time. So I've only had my cat a little over a week and he's currently talking about 0% battery and literally sent us 17 notifications in 2 hours saying he walked the whole block, but I'm pretty sure sure he's probably just been running the time in the garage or in the yard. To date the tracking has seemed accurate except for a funny moment when it suddenly went 0.2-3 miles away and then it immediately showed up at home when I hit the tracking update button. I think if they figure out this battery level error it will work like a dream again but until then it's useless. Especially this morning when he was getting 8 notifications an hour that he was running when in fact he wasn't. Also, they chat with a bot and unless you have a direct problem, it doesn't help much.
