Battery safety light. to save a lot of money. HOWEVER, the clip is just a clip and doesn't have "prongs" like battery operated clips to help it stay in place and hold it. I wear one of these on the side and it falls off when I take my bag off and on and the other on the front and it does the same thing, it's unreliable and tends to fall off more than I'd like and I do worried that I'll lose one Others don't have teeth to hold it in place, the light works as expected and is perfect. UPDATE MARCH 2021: They keep falling out of my pocket. They are, but with no teeth/grooves in them, they will detach from your pocket or you (go anywhere in my case) at the slightest movement. They're rechargeable so I like them with an elastic strap, again easy enough but they fall off too much.
